I’ve lived in this community little over 4 years now and what I can say is truthfully it’s not the same and things are starting to get worse and worse. My time here is coming to an end and I think it’s time for a change something better much newer and more advanced. I’ll be relocating from Memphis soon and i can’t wait. However, even though the office staff has changed many times I’m starting to figure out what the real issue is. The management company. Times are changing and it seems the only thing they’re changing is staff. The gates are always down the appliances are old falling apart even the appearance of the community is starting not to be eye appealing anymore. Putting in service request is a waste of time you have to wait weeks or even months for parts or someone to come address t

I’ve been living here for almost two years now, and it’s been a great experience! The management team is super friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels very safe. I love the amenities, especially the pool and dog park. The location is super convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and gyms.Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe community to live in.

I’ve been staying here for about six months now and really love it. Cambrian is always helpful with any questions or concerns and made my move-in process so much easier. The staff and maintenance team are also amazing always kind, patient, and quick to help. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

Odell is amazing! He does his job well and with excellence. I had a maintenance issue at the Villas West, and he drove 40 Mins to make sure we were good. That’s dedication. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!
