Goodmorning , My name is Ananka I road pass a home in North Memphis area and fell in love. The process with Enterprise Property Management was great . I worked with Ms.Mechille and Levi . Ms.Mechille was expectational, sweet and nice. She was very Professional quick to respond and stayed on top of her game with getting me approved so fast. Also Levi was very nice to keep me updated on anything I needed .I also was approved within three days of talking to her about the home and any needs that I needed for the home before moving in was taken care of this is what I call a great company to Rent from with expectational Service I would recommend anyone to come here and rent or buy a home from them .The customer service was outstanding. The Enterprise team has done a good job taking over the building we have as our property manager. We have owned it for 25 years, and there are a lot of deferred maintenance items to attend to. They have kept me aware of the progress, and we are able to make upgrades that make sense. We are in this for the long term, and so it is important to have that kind of view, rather than trying to flip a property.
