Villages at Lake Silvercote Apartments

I recently moved into The Villages of Lake Silver Coat and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing, especially Shay, who helped me every step of the way. I needed to move quickly, and after my tour they stayed in constant contact, which truly made a difference. Unlike other places where you feel like just a number, they genuinely make you feel valued here. The energy in the office is welcoming and positive, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a few concerns when making my decision, and they took the time to address every one of them and put me completely at ease. I have just recently moved into lake silvercote and so far everything has gone amazing! The apartment is beautiful and very well cleaned prior to me moving in. The staff in the leasing office are very welcoming, friendly, and very easy to work with especially shay who’s helped throughout the entire process and made everything feel like a breeze! I am very happy with my choice here so far!

Absolutely beautiful apartments. Staff are so friendly. Shout out to Shay and Kayla in the front office. Maintenance crew and ground keepers are wonderful.
