Sutton Farms by Lombardo Homes

We haven’t built our home yet but the entire purchasing process has been great. They listened to us from the start and guided us through the process. They showed us the home plans available, standard options, and then allowed us to customize things as we moved along. There was no pressure to sign or to “close the deal”. We went with them based on their reputation, location of development, and homes available.

Worst experience: I recently had a very negative experience with Lombardo Homes, specifically at the Sutton Farms development. My interactions with Megan, who was working there at the time, were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Due to her lack of assistance, my friends and I decided to purchase a home in the nearby McBride development instead. During this process, I also spoke with other individuals who had purchased Lombardo homes and they expressed similar concerns about poor customer service and a general feeling of being overcharged. It seems Lombardo is more concerned with taking your money than providing adequate support after the sale. Its 0 star, Very disappointing and worst experience with the management at Lombardo. We’ve decided not to proceed with our purchase due to the lack of support and accountability. Mike, in particular, was unhelpful—offering polite conversation but no real solutions. It's surprising to see such poor service from a brand like Lombardo.

The outside of the display home has a wow factor. We really enjoyed the road rally and seeing some of what Lombardo has to offer.
