They get one star because I can’t give them a lower score. This company is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They do not respond to question or concerns in any kind of timely manner if at all. They start off being all kinds of helpful till you sign your contract. They tell you your sales representative is your contact. That’s a joke our sales contact told us it wasn’t his job to follow up on our issues' have be in our plus 600 thousand dollar home for 10 months and the original punch list items have still not been addressed. The garage floor of our brand new house looks worst than any previous home we have owned and one was over 40 yrs old. The basement has leaked and no one was concerned. Great staff, some friends of ours had stopped by before us and the lady remembered their names. She was very professional and well prepared, she gave us brochures on every home they offer. She's made our decision on who to build with very hard just on her professionalism alone. Their homes are well built, and you can build it out on your computer how you want. We are very impressed with them.

Don't go with this builder unless you want to be a full-time contractor yourself. Worst company I have ever worked with and will have you sign off on everything but never help you if they did something wrong. They purposefully won't install your upgrades in hopes that you forgot what you paid because the design studio experience takes months and is an awful experience. Lombardo can't/won't tell you if or when you'll ever get your sod either. A kindergarten teacher would be better equipped to run this operation.

This was my family's 1st time in the Forest. We were really impressed.
