Just received the keys to my apartment today and couldn't be happier! Shana at the office was absolutely amazing! She made sure to notify us what was needed and literally held our hand filling out the forms. She notified us of changes that happened to our apartment and had us come in to view 4 days before move-in, allowing for complete transparency. The apt is great, just what we were looking for!

Glad the people I love aren't here anymore. Units are nice and quiet compared to some apartment buildings. The highway noise is absurd though, with US67 being the nearly exclusive route to Iowa from st.louis area. The new highway exit is so much safer though! Oh, and when someone I know had all their furniture ruined from water to put out a fire in a unit above them, they were given an open unit like the next day. Strange the way waiting lists work sometimes. There is hardly anywhere to work in walking distance, even if there were sidewalks, its like 5 miles each way to anything except one new gas station. Consider that if you need a job without transportation. Boys here will harass any female, even 8 year old girls are cat-called, and if you say anything (even being totally nice) to t
