Village of Cross Creek Apartments

Not worth the price, very unprofessional management, just about every building has gutter issues. When it rains the waterfalls begin over every patio doors, stagnate water pools up on the ground in the summertime creating flying insects issues, air-conditioning went out through the middle of summer that took a month to get fixed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be quick at anything, let alone skillful. It's usually just a generic fix. Poor project planning, parking lot repair has been planned during the wrong season making the tenets park and walk quite the distance, making things harder on the elderly and handicapped. Carrying groceries from a building away isn't easy for those folks. But sorry for the inconvenience is their motto here.

Amanda gave me a quote that was good for 48 hours for me to accept. I tried to accept the quote and file the application but The application would not let me. When I Try to contact her I kept getting AI. She finally did call me back to tell me that she rented the unit out from under me. I found that to be deceptive since I had an active quote that was still good. I tried to apply well within my 48 hour limit.

I have lived in this apartment for 7 years, and the ongoing lack of proper maintenance has made living here increasingly frustrating and unhealthy. Many of the issues below have been reported multiple times with little to no response or resolution. Inside the apartment, humidity levels are extremely high all year long. I’ve had to constantly run a large dehumidifier just to keep the air comfortable. There is no working bathroom exhaust fan, which has caused mold to develop and spread on the ceiling. There have also been multiple leaks from the water heater pipes, leading to mold inside the walls and damage to the carpet. These problems have been known by management for over half a year, yet there has still been no real repair or work order progress. Additionally, management has entered

Lloyd the maintenance guy is awesome. Always takes care of our problems that we have with our apartment or townhome extremely friendly to us and my children very respectful always explains to us on how the problem happens and how he can solve it. He always cleans up his mess if he even makes one very nice guy.

Amanda is absolutely wonderful! From day one she has helped my son feel comfortable. The Leasing office is always available to assist in any way and they return phone calls. The amenities are awesome! I am very pleased. I recommend this community. It's a great place to live.
