Village Green Townhomes

Great apartments. Right on Tiger Blvd. Great if you're a college kid or young family

I think the townhomes are all under different management, but I rented through Orange Property management. All maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner, checked for mold at my request, replaced old carpet with vinyl, let us paint the walls for them for $ off our rent. Very accommodating and really care about their properties and tenants. Never heard my next door neighbors through the walls in the 2 years I lived there. The location is walking distance from downtown Clemson. It's a great price for what you get.

I had a great experience living here from August 2019-July 2020! Could not ask for a better location in Clemson. Easy walking distance to campus, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. There is a bus stop two minutes away. Parking was simple and quick, right outside my front door. Even with how close it is to downtown it was always quiet in the evenings and my roommate and I hardly even locked our apartment. Very affordable as well!

I lived here for two years when I was a student at Clemson, and loved it! I would probably have lived here a third year if I had it to do over again as I had some issues in the place I moved to. It was in a great location with the ease of walking downtown or to campus (especially on gamedays). Would HIGHLY recommend!

Residing here for more than 1.5 years. Apartments are located at a very convenient location from campus as well as downtown. CAT bus stop is at 2 minutes away. Walgreens, Starbucks, BofA, and many other outlets are within a mile of apartments. Although these apartments are pretty old they're still comfortable to live in. Except for winters, when its poor insulation will mess your monthly utility bill. Overall, old yet comfortable apartments located at the doorsteps of downtown.
