I signed a lease with MODA a couple of weeks ago! When I went on my tour, I was greeted by extremely kind staff, and I felt well-informed and comfortable with my decision to sign a lease with them. Even on the phone with staff, I felt very welcomed and confident in my decisions, as I never felt rushed! Also, they were extremely helpful in my dog situation, since he is such an important part of my life! A dog spa and park? Like, sign me up! Definitely sign a lease with MODA! I don't regret a thing!

As soon as I toured the mock up rooms and saw the slideshow on the TV, I knew this is where I wanted to be. The girl that I signed my lease with was very kind and VERY knowledgeable. The furniture that comes with the apartment is beautiful and the facilities seem like they are going to be top tier as well. I would encourage others to sign as soon as possible because I think this place is going to be a massive hit!

Paris was an amazing employee who was very knowledgeable and showed us through the rooms and the amenities slideshow. I’m so excited for my daughter to start her lease this coming august! Sign with MODA, you won’t be disappointed!

Very excited to move into MODA! The team is super helpful with communication and Transparent. I had an online tour of the complex and they answered all my questions! Unlike most housing complex's you actually get to pick which unit and parking space you want which I think is an amazing perk. Unlike most management places around Clemson MODA is extremely professional and quick with communication which has made my experience ten times better!
