We hired Kevin to build our dream home on Lake Keowee and the quality of the construction was outstanding. Since then, we have down-sized to Greenville where we called on Kevin's team to fully renovate our townhome, and again we couldn't be happier with the quality of work - and we are particular! Renovations are tricky, so four years after Kevin's work was complete we discovered a couple items needing attention. Alair Clemson came back and fixed what wasn't quite right. What we didn't know at the time we hired Kevin was what a completely wonderful experience building with Alair would be. Not only could we depend on him to get things done in a timely manner, Kevin kept us well informed on all aspects of our progress. Without a doubt, 5 STARS for Kevin and his team for the construction of our Lake Keowee dream home! First off, Kevin accommodated us as out of town, long distance clients. When we came for site visits, Kevin took the time we needed to review construction and answer our questions. Kevin was great at making recommendations throughout the building process including form, function, and aesthetics. Extra kudos for the climate controlled water toy storage and the parking area. Kevin’s team of subcontractors was super. From the site work to Ron’s finish carpentry, all went smoothly and beautifully. Highly recommend.

Kevin Collins and his team from Allair Homes Clemson built our home in 2015 and we love it! It was our first time building, which could have been an overwhelming experience. Yet Kevin walked us through it with confidence and ease. They handled the whole process with integrity, care, attention to detail, flexibility, and quality. We were always kept in the know about where our money was going and why things were done a certain way. When a few things needed attention after we moved in, Kevin made sure we were taken care of. We had a great experience with Alair! Building a house remotely seemed like a daunting task, but the Alair team was extremely organized and transparent through the entire process. We had almost daily communication with our GC Will White who always kept the lines of communication open. They stayed on budget and ahead of schedule which is all you can ask for from a builder. The personal website made it very easy to stay updated on the building progress. The turned out better then we could of expected. I HIGHLY recommend Kevin, Will and the Alair Team.
