AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company has shown repeated negligence and disregard for tenant safety. I’ve dealt with over a year of roach infestations, despite multiple treatments from their pest vendor and constant communication with management. There were also several unannounced entries where “staff and vendors” used a key to simply walk into our apartment without knocking. These events were captured on camera and no explanation or access records were ever provided. Even after signing a new lease (before the infestation worsened severely) with the promise of a pest-free unit, the problem persisted. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! My last couple months of living here have been an absolute nightmare. My roommates and I are all graduating and moving out this summer. We received an email on a Monday night that we had to move out all of our belongings in our kitchen and bathrooms by the following Monday morning at 8am because they had contractors coming in to renovate the common areas and our bathrooms. We did not request these renovations (they are for the future tenants so they can charge more expensive rent), and were completely caught off guard by this email. They stated that Monday-Friday the week of the renovations, contractors would be in our home from 9am-6pm each day, we would not have access to the common area spaces OR our own bathrooms, forcing us out of our home with no compensation

The living spaces are great. My only issues are the lack of communication from the front office when the bus is down, the office closes unexpectedly or has unusual hours, and that the wifi is terrible. The complex is kept in great shape and the units are nice!

First impression is really nice and provides a good package of amenities to make it a comfortable and convenient place with a good location for a student

This is my second year living at The Collective/Aspen Heights and it's easily one of the best places to live for the price. The houses are incredibly spacious with a huge downstairs living room, kitchen, rooms, and closets. My only drawbacks are that utilities can get pretty high during the colder months and the gym is getting outdated (however, the clubhouse is getting renovated soon). The transfer to new management has been going smoothly, I would like to see more events similar to when Aspen Heights owned the property. If my roommates didn't want to try something new next year I'd definitely spend my final year at the Collective again.
