I’ve had an outstanding experience living at Village Green Apartments of Bear Creek. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. The grounds are clean, everything works smoothly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. A special shout-out to Veronica in the leasing office — she has been absolutely incredible to work with! Veronica is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. Whether it was showing me available units, answering questions, or helping with paperwork, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Had to add something to the review. They charge 35$ a month for locker fees and I don’t use their locker for any packages due to my work schedule I have everything delivered to my job. They charge a 58$ HOA fee. Never heard of an apartment complex to charge a HOA fee. I’m not going to get on here and bash anyone!! But before you sign your lease look for roaches please!! My apartment is nice!! The office staff don’t bother you.. but the bug issues is what I want to acknowledge!! You have rights check into The Texas Property Code § 92.052 If you are having this issue as well.
