Sandstone at Bear Creek Apartments

I moved here in 2023 and my family met Precious after the other manager Harli(spelling?) both are awesome ladies. Precious always replies to our emails or texts in a timely manner and also follows up. She is very professional and keeps the complex area clean. There are teens and maybe small children but I don’t hear or barely see them. My son goes to the school district in the area and I also love the schools. The area in itself is nice, quiet and clean. The only thing I had a problem with is the upgrade on the appliances since most tenants stay well past 5-10yrs. And the pool area is small so not many people or families can be out there at once. Other than that, it’s great.

We toured a 2b2b townhouse on this beautiful property. Precious is so sweet, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, she is very personable, welcoming and she kept us updated. While we didn't choose this property solely based off our own personal needs/preferences, it can be a beautiful home for someone else!

My husband and I have lived here with our 6yr old and now our baby for almost 4 years now and I love it. The complex is quiet and clean and a safe environment for my son. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the manager, Virginia, is always kind and friendly. We have never had pest control issues. The apartment is large and spacious and perfect for our little family. The location is great! We are minutes away from the river and walking trails. The school district has good ratings so that's a bonus! We have enjoyed living here and plan to stay until we are able to purchase a home.

My husband and I have lived here for 6+ years and we absolutely love it! We thoroughly enjoyed the recent luau party! Virginia and staff did an amazing job organizing the event! Also want to thank Virginia for her hard work keeping us all updated on what's happening on the property. Her sunny disposition, positive attitude, and professionalism are much appreciated. The maintenance team does a great job getting things done in a timely manner. The pool is beautiful and they work hard to keep it a safe place we can all enjoy! Thanks!

Virginia is an amazing property manager. From the first meeting until now she has made us feel like family and was a key contributing factor in us choosing to sign our lease to live here. The attention to detail and care she provides is second to none and always keeps the residents informed especially during last year's freeze. Her staff also give all of the residents quality service.
