Danielle helped me a lot with moving process and made it easier than I anticipated! I am very satisfied with the unit and I would definitely be living here for the time being and even longer! The fitness center looks really nice and the pool area is beautiful as well. This experience with Danielle has by far been the best with any leasing consultant I ever came across! Highly recommend

I loooove Fountain Wood! I lived here for a year and had an awesome experience. The only reason I am moving is for work, but I would’ve renewed for another year otherwise. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I could see the dog park across the street from my patio, and I loved watching the pups play on beautiful days. The management and maintenance teams were always awesome, and the neighbors were kind and quiet. Parking was never an issue like I know it is with so many other apartments, and my apartment was a great deal for the cost. I would recommend Fountain Wood to anyone looking to rent. I will miss this place!

I have been renting for so many years. Fountain Wood is the best apartment complex I have ever been. Ady the leasing agent is the best shes very professional and very thorough explaining all the details about the apartment complex. I recommend this apartment 100%. Also Danielle another leasing agent did an amazing job she tour me to my new apartment. She's very funny and kind.

Danielle was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and personable and made our entire move in so smooth. Our heater wasn’t working the day of move in and maintenance came within 20 minutes to get it fixed. Everyone here has been great. :) super quiet area, great neighbors.

Toured this property and I was not impressed. I got there and was basically told I had to do a self guided tour because it was the end of the day and the staff was tired. As I’m walking the ground I noticed dog poop everywhere and the stairs were shaky/loose when I was going up. Got in the two bedroom apartment and immediately noticed popcorn ceilings. You want $1700 for that? No. The layout of the apartment was weird but the master bathroom was nice however, the foundation behind the toilet was cracking. Closets were small with wooden rails. Overall it wasn’t a bad property but it definitely needs some updates. I passed on this property and decided to lease at The Franciscan at Bear Creek.
