I am writing to share my recent experience following a burst water pipe in my apartment that caused damage to my unit and other residents units. I understand that management has recently changed, and I was hopeful that communication and support would reflect that transition. Unfortunately, my interaction with Natalie, the manager, was extremely disappointing. When I spoke to her at the office to better understand the next steps and asked if she could come view the damage, I was told that maintenance had already been there and that I should contact my insurance. She also stated she was at lunch and emphasized there was no reason for her to come view the premises. This has been such an amazing experience for me. moving from a new town to a new location is already stressful as we know , but being able to move and it was so smooth and comfortable has truly made my life easier! Let me start out by giving RACHEL and ANITA a huge SHOUT OUT!! They have truly been such a blessing and helped make this process and experience joyful and memorable. From day one when k went to look at these apartments it was nothing but great customer service and support. Even when I was filling out the application and was having trouble with the website, Rachel helped me the whole way through. I love this place. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Believe the reviews. Horrible maintenance team. Called the emergency maintenance line and was told it would have to wait the next day because no one is available in the area to come take a look… (This defeats the purpose of “emergency”). They also have a tendency to mark work orders completed despite never coming in to look or fix them. The breezeway did not undergo power washing for almost 1.5 years. Lots of bird poop around the breezeway and stairwells but don’t get cleaned off for several months. Front Gates are always broken, pedestrian gate near my building was broken for almost 4-5 months until it was fixed. Good luck finding parking for both yourself and visitors. They love to tow cars. If you or your visitor do not register the vehicle, they’ll tow it.

We were tenants for 3 years and sadly saw this property go from bad to worse once Busboom group took over. - Falsely mark works orders as complete - ANITA and RACHEL from the leasing office are rude, condescending, dismissive and unhelpful. Falsely deny or rebut any issue. I could not get ANITA to get off her butt and come look at the issues in our unit despite multiple attempts. As if being asked to do your job is such an inconvenience. - Pride themselves on being a virtual office but ignore emails. They will refuse to talk to you in person. - We were forced to terminate our lease early due to ignored water leak issues with sewer water which is a health hazard. - Disgusting hallways with spider webs, roaches, wasps. - Note any good review is from a tenant who just moved in because they p

I had a wonderful experience at The Edge at Glade Parks Apartments thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly nice, pleasant, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Her warm and friendly approach made my day! I highly recommend this community. 💯👏🏻
