Village Gate Apartments

I've lived here now for about a year and a half. This has been my first apartment experience. I'm so happy with it. Like others have said the office ladies are very kind and easy to work with. Every work order I have ever put in has been taken care of within 24 hours. The apartment itself is very spacious and quiet. Have never had any issue with neighbors. They do plow when it snows but it's not always right away, never had any problems getting in our out though. They have landscapers coming weekly for the other 3 seasons. The only negative thing that has ever happened was that my boyfriend, who parks in visitor parking, has had his car battery stolen. But aside from that this place is clean and quiet and I never feel unsafe. Would definitely recommend.

I lived there for 2 years. Then had shoulder surgery and had to leave to have my sister help me in that difficult time. After a year i moved back for two more years. Love Beverly and Javon very kind staff. I will say this has been the best place I have ever lived in. Great neighbors no complaints. I did move but only because my job moved to a further location. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

This is by far a very nice apartment complex, I've been here for a year and a half and I've never had any troubles with the neighbors or with kids running around, 9/10 times someone is outside or watching from inside. Very quiet neighborhood and the staff is very polite and maintenance is extremely fast in getting things fixed. They plow the roads and parking lots when it snows and during the other seasons they keep up with the landscape. Overall this is a great place to raise kids.

Terrible apartment complex. At the end of our lease, they never did a walkthrough, they promised our $400 deposit back. After we moved, weeks went by with no response. We said oh well and moved on without getting our deposit back. We felt like it really wasn’t worth the hassle. Then we get a letter in the mail from a collection agency demanding we pay for the damages in the apartment. THERE WERE NO DAMAGES!! If you get desperate enough to live there, do not leave the apartment until you do a walkthrough and sign off on the agreed paperwork. Don’t get scammed like we did.

Moving out for something bigger....but had no problems. Beverly and Jaelin are very helpful and easy to work with. Work orders are completed quickly and Manager is always smiling and friendly. Pool is great, Parking is great but that because my husband had to park in visitors not me. lol No troubles, no drama. We are only moving because it is too small for us. We knew going in that it was a temporary move and we would refer friends and family there if the space worked for them!
