Lived here 2 yrs now and it’s quiet and cozy. Neighbors look out for each other. Most residents are respectful of others and friendly . Love it !

My husband and I are in the process of moving in, and we have been so impressed by the professionalism and kindness we have been shown. Kim has been the best help. We are looking forward to moving!

Poor management. I applied to rent an apartment and was asked to pay $75 application fee. After I paid it online they said they did not receive the money; and since I didn’t like the way they handle payment; told them to cancel my application. They sent me a letter of collection for $105 that includes $30 penalties. Again I asked them to pay it via credit card, check or cash but they declined all options and said I have to get them cashier check or money order. There is only one person in the office who does everything without a supervisor. No place to report. This is not a good place to go.

Love it! Great Location! Quiet and Peaceful! Ginger in the office, very professional but has her funny side.. maintenance guys are great and right on a things.

The woman working the front desk was so lovely and helpful when I was searching for an apartment with my friend. You can tell that she really does care about the apartments. The apartments look up kept and very cozy.
