Village By the Green

I moved here in December from Denver, without seeing it in person, I was very happy with the condition of the apartment and the communication from the manager Nina about everything with the lease, the key pick up etc. The building is well kept and seems to be running very smoothly. I am grateful I found this quiet location with good neighbors managed by someone that is competent.

I have been a resident at this complex for years! My son and I love it it's been our home for so long because of the beautiful and clean area and how it's family oriented as well, especially our Wonderful Manager Nina Martinez she has always been there to help us with anything we have needed is prompt with any maintenance requests and always makes sure everything is up to date and is always making sure the complex is clean it's a great place to live

I've lived here for 5 years going on 6 and I really like it here. The manager Nina has always been on top of things and has a way of making you feel like you matter, and is very helpful. The neighbors are friendly and family oriented folks like myself, which make living here pretty peaceful and enjoyable. :-)

Been living at Village by the green since 2014 and the experience has been great. Apartment complex is always clean and landscape well kept. Nina is awesome on helping out with any concerns we have regarding our apartment.

The manager Nina is awesome! Very kind and keeps the apartment complex looking nice. She is always on top of getting repairs done as fast as possible.
