Lived here from July 22nd, 2016 to June 12th 2025. Was rejected in 2014 because of debt but upon paying it all off, i re-applied and scored a 1 bedroom on the ground floor instead of a one bedroom upstairs Like I was originally looking at, so It actually worked out better the second time around. Management were good with the exception of a go around before the pandemic. I have had trouble coming up with the rent in the past, But instead of evicting me they were understanding and worked with me. My place was not the cleanest at times and they worked with me on that as well. The residence are the problem here. Always speeding through the complex and Knocking on doors to solicit religious stuff and food, Which they are not allowed to do, but do it anyway. Other than that, the place was great

Management here is very kind and understanding. The grounds are well kept.

Had a great experience with management. Props to Rachel Smail, great attitude and a smile. Would recommend anytime.
