Tilian Point

I would recommend Tilian Point Apartments to anyone looking to move to Woodburn. My daughter and grandchildren live there and I have visited many times. The location is great! They are walking distance to the Woodburn Outlet Mall ans just a minute or so from the freeway. The complex has many nice amenities such as an outdoor barbecue area, a clubhouse, hammocks, cozy swinging chairs, a workout room even have planters boxes! I love that they have EV charging stations for my electric car at an adorable price. I live in Oregon City so always need a charge after getting there. My daughter has a three bedroom and it modern and bright inside. Her kitchen has plenty of cabinets, a decent size living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. I came in for a tour and was welcomed by Hannah, the property manager who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am new to the process of apartment shopping and she answered all my questions, she was very kind and patient with me. The apartment community was very nice and Hannah was a pleasure to deal with!

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are very nice and the price is affordable. Location is great. And last but not least Hannah D. was a pleasure to work with she performed and assisted us with the move with great tact. I appreciate her help very much. Can't wait until this new place is settled in and we make it our home.

Love my brand new apt.love the walking trail in back of the blogs. There is one of the lights out on the back trail behind bldng B about half way down. Hannah is a great manager and is on top of everything. Thank you for the opportunity to live in this wonderful property. Have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year

A great apartment to live in, everything totally new and lots of space, the staff is good, Hanna and Sarely were the ones who guided me in this move, but especially Hanna, she is a very good person.
