First Am has always been so helpful, when needing to borrow documents like a death certificate, they return the original, since they can run $25 each or more! They also answer any questions and are so polite. That really helps when dealing with us elderly folks!

First American facilitated the closing of our sale and our purchase properties in one meeting. Despite the fact that the two escrows were handled by two different escrow offices. They managed to do this in under an hour, and their staff was pleasant and professional!
