I recently had the pleasure of touring Pacific Valley apartments and was very impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in Brittney, my leasing agent was welcoming and professional she gave me a detailed overview of all the amenities and features of the community. The apartment itself was great and well designed. I especially loved the spacious layout. The kitchen was equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of storage! I needed a new refrigerator .The maintenance staff kept me informed on what was going on. My new refrigerator was put in today.The installers were friendly, polite & knew what they were doing. The maintenance crew here are great. They know what they are doing and really listen you, so they know how to help you. The entire staff here from office to maintenance are great. I love it here!

Nice apartments with spacious layouts with outdoor storage. The office has coffee and tea for the residents, decent size gym, BBQ grill, and a dog park coming soon! The ladies in the leasing office are always friendly when grabbing coffee in the mornings, along with maintenance addressing any maintenance concerns I may have. Overall a great place to live 🤙

I am so impressed with the amount of time Brittany and Vee both took to get my approved. Everyone is so welcoming and I am honored to be apart of this community. When I pulled in there were kids laughing and playing and just living their best lives. This community has a very nostalgic feeling and I just completely feel at home here. I was treated like a human not just an application number through the entire process.
