Village At Skylars Cove Apartments

I lived here for a year and overall had a good experience. I was the first resident in my apartment, so everything was brand new and in great condition. The interiors are nice, and the pool was a great perk. In the beginning the area was quiet, though as more people moved in the surroundings started to feel a little less comfortable at times. The main downsides for me were the lack of a gym and having to drive to Mayfair to drop off rent, since I preferred not to pay the extra fees for online payments. That said, compared to other places in Leland, the rent was slightly more affordable. We left the apartment in the same condition we found it, and I was pleased that we received our full deposit back. Overall, not a bad place to live

Recently got denied on an application and had to call them to ask why. When I did, Nicole was rude and acted as if I was a bother.
