We couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing a tiny house from this team. The design is incredibly well thought out—despite the small footprint, the space feels open, functional, and surprisingly spacious. Every inch is put to good use and is constructed of quality of materials. Short stays in the home have been extremely comfortable. It includes all the essentials we need, even in the kitchen. Even the shower and bathroom are comfortable. Throughout the construction process, the team was fantastic to work with. They were communicative, professional, and kept us updated which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

This review is not for the website, but for a tiny home I purchased directly from Steven and Tiny House Listings. The home was delivered to me with multiple issues- the fridge was not secured when the tiny house was trailered across the state. It fell over damaging floors, the front door, the bathroom door and kitchen cabinets. At the time they assured me replacement materials would be sent. I was sure they would. At that time we had some issues getting the house onto my property, so I was focused on resolving that, and had no problem getting the replacement parts later. Now I’ve emailed 4-5 times, asking for replacement parts and not one single person at this company is getting back to me. Would not recommend them because of that. Steven is an absentee business owner who runs an unscrupulous business. He will take your money for paid listings/pay-per-click, but will not provide even basic support for those paid listings. If you submit a help ticket or make any attempt to get assistance, no one will help you. Help desk will respond with jabberwocky, close your ticket or block your account editing capabilities. Issue #1: I have tried since last September 2024 to get the email address updated on my account. Pretty simple request. I submitted 4+ help desk tickets for that issue since 9/24 and received all sorts of nonsensical responses that do not resolve the issue, then they mark it as resolved when it wasn't. They have offered to delete my account (no, why?) and even told me my email address doesn't exist - uh, yes t

We sold our Periwinkle tiny house so quickly on Tiny House Listings and it was easy! We had soooo many responses to our ad from all over the US. I had no idea how far and wide THL reaches. They can even connect you with help if you don’t have the time or resources to do it yourself. I’m so grateful Steven started this website so many years ago. It was where I found our tiny in the first place back in 2015. We HIGHLY recommend THL whether you’re buying or selling. Thanks again Steven!
