My own car and my wife’s was booted multiple times and had to pay fines to get them removed from parking right outside my apartment. Front desk staff was to be desired for. They gave us a completely different apartment than we had applied and already paid for and was told there was nothing they could do. Lived in a lot of apartments across Wilmington and this was by far the worst

Let me put it this way - if the choices were being homeless or living here again. I’d rather be homeless. If you care AT ALL about peace and quiet - you will run - NOW! This place was built extremelyyy cheaply and as a result you will hear every bit of noise from your neighbors. Some very unsavory types live here and if you have an issue with their bad behavior they will absolutely go out of their way to make things worse. Even a small driving dispute turned into some woman kicking my car while her boyfriend tried holding her back. Police had to be called. I was already on my way out of there so I didn’t even bother telling the place. People will blast extremely loud sound systems that are absolutely not required for a tiny apartment. You can complain but nothing will be done. They’ll off

Very disappointing and misleading application process. I was initially approved for an apartment with a guarantor who exceeded all requirements, including over 6x the monthly rent in verified income and a 721 credit score. We were told the only issue was income documentation, which was corrected and notarized. Based on this, a security deposit was taken from my bank account with my permission, and we were given a move-in date and apartment number. After that, the application was suddenly denied due to an 8-year-old civil court matter in the guarantor’s rental history, even though the guarantor is not the lessee. A second credit check was also run on the guarantor without permission. When I requested my deposit back, I was told I had to wait 30 days, despite the approval and move-in info
