Compass Pointe

A great new golf course in Leland. A little pricey but worth it for the most peaceful and serene course in the area. Also quite challenging but beautifully laid out. Can't wait until the rest of the second course is finished.

My parents are slated to move into Compass Pointe next year. The community is absolutely beautiful with a resort like feel with friendly neighbors and lots of clubs and activities. Extremely impressed with this community and their builder Coastal Luxury Homes.

Compass Point is a gated community. The restaurants are not open to the public.

What’s the resort style living I enjoy riding the golf cart around the large neighborhood. It’s perfect for walks for bike rides. The pools are great and the lazy river is amazing. I can’t wait to enjoy the indoor pool this winter.

Great place to live with very friendly people. We have met so many awesome folks. Ideally would like the developer to be a little more transparent with projects going on and ones that have been cancelled. My recommendation to any new buyers would be to get definitive answers from your builder and developer as to the direction the community is going.
