Exchange at Westgate Apartments

The staff are amazing, kind, and friendly! They will do a wonderful job helping you find your new home! The property is quiet, clean, and very beautiful! The units are very nice! Lots of space! Me and my wife just moved in two days ago and we are in love! 10/10 and five stars all day! P.S Heather McNeel was a super star and helped us every step of the way!

Too many negative details to even list. People would come in without us even opening the door, not even a staff member! I’m a woman with two small kids, highly scary. I lived on 3rd floor and heard every little scream, cry, thump, every bath, every conversation, every everything from our neighbors underneath us. Later we found out the same neighbor pretended to be some kind of security something on the grounds the 4th or 5th day of us moving in inwhich they said WE were being noisy (we were unpacking) little did I know for the next few months I would be miserable watching every move me or the kids made in return to hear everything they did underneath us. Management has always been welcoming and responsive. I've been a resident here since the beginning. Their maintenance is the best! Brittany and Priya both were great and are the main reason I won't live anywhere else! I have not have one problem since I've moved in. Working for a student housing company, I've seen plenty of people that didn't understand their lease write bad reviews. Like people, don't sign something if you didn't read it. These negative reviews don't even feel like they are from residents. Just bots.

Heather is an absolute treasure, she lights up a room with her welcoming energy. I’ve never had anyone who is as organized and determined to help you in regard to enjoying your new home like she has. She goes above and beyond, and provides many options in efforts to assist you. Everyone in regard to staff is so sweet, funny, and welcoming. Walking in, you can feel that everyone is happy to be there or if not they all deserve academy award winning Oscars. The facility is very clean, with nice amenities. Great location with many restaurants/stores/gas-stations within almost walking distance. I recently toured the facilities at Westgate Apartments escorted by Stephen, and I must say that I was impressed with the property and the staff. The property is exactly what wife and I are looking for as we have pets and are highly considering residing here. The property is well maintained, and Stephen was knowledgeable and accommodating with answering all my inquiries.
