Village at Panther Creek Apartments

I’ve been here for some years. Always paid my rent on the 5th.They changed owners and changed due date for the rent to the 4th. No thirty day notice. No notice to make sure you were informed of the change. Went to pay the rent on the 5th and it’s 100 dollars more, because my rent is late on the 5th, now. The grounds stay nasty, trash be everywhere.. The living condition around here sucks…The dam water is off. No notice for the inconvenience. Move in at your own risk.

I have been living here for almost a year! I do not do reviews at all, BUT these people do not care at all. If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. Old management use to get things done. I have been getting water up off the floor for the past two weeks. I complained to the office about a water leak, they told me they was going to fix it and they didn’t. The cause of this is because the apartment above mines water heater pipe bust and I’m the one suffering. The apartment has been vacant for a couple months. The maintenance team that was here before would have been resolved the issue. The property manager is just as worse. So the term lead by example really shows at this property. I want to warn anyone considering this property or any other community managed by this company. My experience with their management and their attorney was extremely unprofessional and, in my view, discriminatory. Throughout my application process, I was repeatedly ignored, given incorrect information, and denied basic answers that every normal applicant should receive. I asked simple, reasonable questions about the apartment — such as whether the unit was on the first or second floor, whether it had a washer and dryer, how utilities worked, and whether I could switch to an earlier available unit. Instead of responding, management ignored me for days at a time. Their attorney also gave out false information about my application status, claiming I did not complete required steps even thoug

My family member picked this apartment complex their move in date was set for January 9. got approved and everything . it’s been 2 weeks and we haven’t received a welcome letter , they never answer the phone . we have been up there 3 times this week , the office hours say they are open but no one is there . we haven’t received the fee breakdown nothing . they ate ghost and we haven’t aid not been able to get in contact with them . this company is bs. we have been very patient because of the system being down but just. excuse the system is down doesn’t mean don’t come to work . we emailed multiple times we got no response . been emailing since last month until now . does anyone have / know the corporate number because this is crazy !

no ac since i moved in, no communication, ignored maintenance request, they will have errors on their end when it comes to paying them and make YOU pay the late fee, they will give a less than 24 hr notice when they want to receive rent a different way, lot of the doors need weather strips because a LOT of outside bugs get in. they just trash and unprofessional tbh i dont even type reviews😂 it’s now january ive been calling and either get no answer since october or when i do put request in they get ignored. you would think you living free on section 8 the way they treat you😂😂😂 and now it’s a random yellow spot on my ceiling that keeps expanding and when i told them maintenance said they would come by and never did (keep in mind that’s the only time they responded) and the day they finall
