Pointe Grand Southlake Apartments

Shout out to Heath for making my move-in as smooth as possible. He was patient while I did the walkthrough, ensuring that everything worked as expected. Applying was easy, although it did take a few days. I was moved in the day following approval. All fees were paid though the portal, and they offer a deposit alternative that reduces what would normally be a high move-in cost. Thank you to the Pointe Grand Southlake team as a whole for welcoming me as a part of the community.

This place has a calm warming and inviting energy. As soon as we stepped into the leasing we were greeted and Breonna was eager to take us on a tour, she was so pleasant, relatable and she was very informative, I truly appreciate that. The apartments are very spacious, the amenities are amazing and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly. This place is definitely on the top of our list of apartments!

I recently visited Pointe Grand Southlake excited about the possibility of finding my new home. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The office felt empty and uninviting when I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady named Jordan, who seemed uninterested when I asked about my scheduled appointment to tour the community. I was then told I would need to wait an additional hour for another employee to return from break in order to tour.As a potential new resident, this was very off-putting. I ended up leaving and did not return. First impressions matter, and this experience did not reflect the welcoming environment I was hoping for.

I lived here for almost 2 years. I LOVED living here the apartment is absolutely beautiful give luxury apartments. Everything is kept up and clean. If you put in a maintenance request they come in good timing only thing the maintenance man with the bald head could be a little perverted at times. And for some reason I couldn’t use my dish washer because it would always back up and smell disgusting but that wasn’t really a problem for me cause I prefer hand drying my dishes anyways. Walls are thin but that comes with living in apartments if you don’t want to hear your neighbors go buy a house bookie. The gym is amazing the community does do a great job at cleaning behind themselves. Management was great if I had any questions or concerns I always felt heard and the issues were resolved but n

Now that i have been living here for some time , i would like to give a honest review , the apartments are very nice and maintenance does a very good job fixing things fast and efficient, they also are always making sure the community stays clean and try there best to make sure the dumpsters are cleaned up as much as possible although people in the community seem to have no regard on how they leave the trash, the only issue i had was my upstairs neighbor which has now moved with the loud stomping , and the other issue i have is it seems like the WiFi goes out at least once every month & it stays off for hours and we don’t get accommodated at all we still have to pay same price not even a $5 credit for the time the WiFi stays off other then this we have no problems in the 1000 bldg and i lo
