Rovena at Mt Zion

Good morning! I am a new resident at Rovena Apartments, and I must say that Ms. Shon truly exceeded my expectations in assisting me with my move, especially since my circumstances were urgent and I needed to relocate quickly. Shon’s professionalism and customer service were outstanding. It’s evident that she is well-versed in her role and approaches her work with a warm, relatable touch. She effectively communicated everything that needed to be discussed, providing upfront and honest advice while demonstrating genuine understanding. Rather than giving up or turning me away, she worked tirelessly to make everything come together, from the initial tour to my move-in date. The Rovena Apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is wonderful, but what truly made me excited about moving

I have to give all the praises to the women Ahshondra (Manager) & Aubrey (leasing agent) and the Gentleman Cam (leasing agent) for the amazing service they gave me during the application process. It was a little confusing at the time I applied due to the changing of the application process, but they made it happen. They were patient with me showing me so many different units in different buildings floors and floor plans. I couldn’t be more pleased and excited to have them in that office if I ever need anything. Highly recommend moving in if you’re in the market for a new place. They were icing on the cake for my decision.

Shon took me on a tour today for a one bedroom I must say I love the one bedroom very spacious. Shon customer service was amazing I will be applying today. Thanks again shon for your great customer service I’m looking forward to calling rovena my new home.

Shon is really dope every time I need something she is fast and professional. Very personable and just a breath of fresh air! They did the right thing letting her lead and actually make this feel like a community!! Shout out to her !! Get this woman a raise !

I'm a current resident and can not wait until my lease expires to move out. Should've followed my first mind prior to applying because my experience got off to a rocky start. This apartment complex nickel and dime you for every single thing, paying for unwanted, unnecessary amenities that I have no use for, in addition to the expensive rental payments. I was told upon touring a model unit the walls were sound proof, not so. You hear your neigbors arguing, when they walk and if they have kids that enjoy running through the unit, you hear all of that too. The walls are paper thin. I've expressed my frustration with Management and nothing was ever done. The communication skills with the ones they place in Leadership at the property is AWFUL!
