Oxford Townhomes

I was in the market looking for a new place. I was approved in what i thought was perfect timing and had a smooth move in. I have been on this property for 3 months and i really love my apartment. I love how it is near the expressway. I love that there are stores, mall and everything i need right on main street. Im not from Georgia but this move has made me fall in love with Georgia. I have never had to call maintenance or the office for anything but they are very nice people.

Property manager is phenomenal and I couldn't ask for a better maintenance and Property care taker as Mr Bernard. God bless them all

The property is clean and nice. The office manager helps me whenever I call and the maintenance team are fast!

More maintenance people or better are definitely needed on the property.been living here two 1/2 years and always have to call a thousand times to get simple stuff done yet my rent go up every year. things that was promised to be fixed still has not been fixed. been begging for closet doors since i moved in 2021 constantly getting told they are calling contractors have not seen one in two years yet all the apartments people are moving out of quickly get fixed. the walls are painted with cheap paint every time i clean my walls some of the paint comes off the tubs are plastered badly i have to ask for my tub to be replastered every year would not recommend for what im paying 🙄 maintenance absolutely suck i could go on for days.
