Morrowood Townhomes

I just renewed my lease and Delisha was very helpful. She showed me how to renew my lease online and even helped me download my renters insurance. I’m not computer savvy so she was a great help . I love the customer service here , my work orders get attended to and the staff is always helpful.

What stood out just as much as the property itself was the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly committed to providing great service to current and future residents. It’s easy to see that they genuinely care about the community and the people who live there. The community is very well kept and clean.

I will like to thank the community of morrow wood apartments for being so great to me and my family. This has been the best apartments I have ever lived in since I been in ga. Thank u Chris and ms car for a lovely day at the pool cook out today. They do it every year and I love when all the neighbors come together and just have a family day it was nice and the food was great too. Not many apartments does things like this.

Been a resident at morrowtown homes for almost 8 years now staff and leadership here is extremely understanding always willing to help when they possibly can maintenance seems to be really attentive when it comes to fixing issues. The manager Chris in office always been very professional extremely understanding and really takes his time to review issues and tries to be as understanding as possible to what other situation you have going on

Please look at this before moving, I recently moved here early June of this year and yet it haven’t been 20 days since I sign my lease and my townhouse was hit by a random gunfire, I can’t believe this happened, please look at the area before you moved in so this don’t happen to you, this is ridiculous and this not a home feeling experience. Update: 07/17/2024 : we renewed our lease June 2024 and we also have new management we are fed up and ready to break this lease it’s always something in this complex. Everyone is paying so much money but what are we really getting out of it we also have to pay a common area fee and the common area is never available to us it’s extremely hot this summer and they always have an excuse about the pool being closed on the days that the pool is supposed to
