Village at Mills Gap

I don’t usually leave reviews but I really want to thank Mike from maintenance. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and we thought that we’d have to wait until Monday for someone to come and get it fixed. Mike came in on Super Bowl Sunday and really helped us out. He didn’t just slap on a bandaid and leave just for it to break later, which is what maintenance used to do before he got here. He was very knowledgeable, showed me every step of the way what was wrong with the HVAC and what he was doing to fix the problem. He got the heat up and running in no time. And this isn’t the first time that he’s come in and fixed something in my unit that I had complained about prior. I really appreciate him coming out and fixing this matter as quickly as he did. This place rocks. Update 11/21/25. This place still rocks, quiet community with really nice apartments. Sadly I am moving out and on to other places. But overall I would stay here again. The manager and management company are the best people in business. Village at Mills gap is truly a gem!! I will miss you guys!!!

Roach bugs fleas mold loud music late at night I’m so not happy and can’t get the manager to call you back kids throwing football over top of my 2025 car not a good place at all pay for pest control every month and he has been here in 4 weeks toilet is coming up bad bad place also when we came to look we was told a price that was on Friday by Monday the price had done went up 200$ more I would stay away from here not to mention you are made to pay 90 for internet and it’s done went out three times as we we watching a movie all three times….. update I have been here now for 4 months and now kids are knocking on peoples door and running looking more than one time a day we pay every month for pest control and didn’t see the man for 7 weeks and wouldn’t have seen him then but the bugs was so b

Friendly office team, nice leasing office. The pests are out of control here. I'm not a perfect neat freak, but I'm definitely not a slob. There is a cockroach issue. Not just in my building, but in the fitness center. I watched one easily slip in and out of the fitness center door. (And I see dead ones in there regularly). When I first moved in, I'd see one every single day when I'd come in from work in the same places. I saw them less as the weather cooled, but the only thing that keeps them out ( at least out of sight) is personally spraying regularly. I also had a very bad first impression with the Village because they allowed my sister and I to move in when the part of the ceiling had a serious mold issue.
