Customer Reviews
I’d like to warmly welcome the new management team to our apartment building and sincerely thank them for the wonderful job they’ve already done. Stephanie Kessler, the apartment manager, was incredibly kind and professional—she took the time to personally introduce herself, which really meant a lot and made me feel valued as a resident. Riane Green was also extremely helpful; she assisted me with scanning a large bundle of important documents and kindly walked me through the office gym again, making sure I understood everything. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help have already made a positive impact. I truly appreciate their efforts and am happy to have such a great team managing our community.
I lived on the 1st floor, the first family that lived above me had a dog that sounded like a fight was happening, the 2nd family had kids that were allowed to jump off of furniture non stop, my neighbor who had dogs would poop at my patio, there was no parking because cars of visitors would park in residence parking. It has been 3 and a half months since I moved out and I have not received my refund. I cleaned entire apartment, I sent in pictures of everything I cleaned. Every time I ask when can I expect my refund am told "I will check on that" . Living here should have been a better experience and getting a refund should not take 4 months.
Living here with two different management teams the first one when I moved in was graystar property (way better than the new management team). New management doesn’t do anything for maintenance requests only focusing on the “major requests” allowing residents to be very unhappy, and hire people that come and “fix” the property yet those people may steal your packages and management won’t do anything to figure out a solution. So if you wanna live in an apartment with (in my opinion, which I’m allowed to have) bad management come right ahead and move in 😊
Let me start by saying the office staff have been nothing but amazing! We moved here in may of 2025 and the previous management group was wonderful. The new management company is terrible they are requiring the current residents to have spectrum internet and cable which no one I know even will use. Plus my bill has skyrocketed with all the fees and how they factor in our water bill. Plus my kids cannot even play on the playground it has a piece of wood where a slide should be. Again no hate against the office staff they have been great and have done all they can, its the new management group they will not budge on anything and they just want money they do not care about the residents that currently live here. My family is going to have to move because of all of these new fees .
We moved in almost a year ago and were very happy until a new management company took over. The office team has always been amazing in assisting with all needs but now there is nothing they can do to help because the new management team is making it impossible to live comfortably. Instead of properly closing the playground due to a whole slide missing they caution taped it and now that caution tape is just littered everywhere and no word on fixing it but they were so quick to announce they are making it mandatory for everyone to have spectrum internet AND cable through them adding almost $90 a month to our rent bill. First off, I already have spectrum internet and pay wayyyyy less due to having phone service with them too. and cable? Who watches cable anymore? I now have to pay for somethi
