Great southern homes is a sub par builder. Warranty is useless and they will say everything isn’t covered.
Roland's Crossing is a very pretty community located in the peach orchard countryside of Boiling Springs. As a realtor, I can tell you that these homes are well made, are GREEN, and guaranteed to be energy efficient by Great Southern Homes. They also have Honeywell's Lyric Automation system so you can control lights and the thermostat from your mobile device. Contact me for more information. I would be happy to tell you more. Please furr babie neighbors..... it's hot out and the pavement is 3 times as hot. Be kind to your fur babies. Don't walk them in the heat.
Nice homes,however, there are issues with drainage in NUMEROUS back yards when there is heavy rain.
