Lennar at Chestnut Springs

Very happy with my new Townhome in Chestnut springs. The process of buying was seamless. John was especially helpful guiding me through the process and answered all questions I had. Lisa from Lennar warranty was also very helpful in going over all aspects of the home. It was a pleasure working with Lennar in purchasing our new home.

I’m a first time homebuyer. Lennar gave me the best experience ever ! I did look around and explore my options, however I knew the Lennar community was for me & my family. Lennar kept their word with what they said they will do. They stayed in contact and answered every question. The Lennar team never left my side and worked really hard to ensure my comfort. Even after closing, they still reached out to me and made sure I didn’t need anything, & made sure I had gotten everything I needed. Thank you Lennar Family !

I have just closed on my townhome in Chestnut Springs, and the whole process was as easy as I have ever experienced! I met with the agent on duty, David Catoe, and he showed us the different model homes. He explained the whole process honestly, and as it turns out, accurately! I was amazed at how everything went. David was honest and I really appreciate this! If anyone is looking for a townhome, I highly recommend coming and talking to David, well worth it! Besides, the homes are fantastic!!!!

Lenar is a dishonest company. They say one thing at first, then you want to buy it, and the price is different, and they don't give you any equipment. Write down every word, don't trust them, or look for another developer. I don't recommend it.
