I’ve had a great experience working with Mrs. Tammy. She is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My unit is spacious, quiet, and feels very safe. I also love how convenient the location is—close to stores, restaurants, and everything I need day-to-day. Also Tony respond quick to my calls about internet. Very helpful gentleman. Overall, a really comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

One of the best apartments I've lived in. While we did have some bumps with the system, (not their fault, technical difficulties) we got everything squared away. Tammy has been trying with us and doing whatever she can to make things easier and more manageable. The maintenance are usually quick when you have issues, the pool/ hot tub are amazing. I absolutely love it. The price (compared to the other apartments I've lived) is way better too

Unsafe conditions, people speed, and reverse in fast paces with children .Management is a hostile environment to communicate with especially Tammy. Lots of noise and partying from the local university. Very sketchy and people with felonies running around. would not recommend for anyone wanting an apartment go somewhere else!!

Not a safe place. Terrible maintenance. Fire ants, loose nails laying everywhere. Pool has been closed most of the summer. Hot tub closed for two years or more. Ask the office about the random gun shot that went through an apartment. The gate doesn't work. If u can get maintenance to fix something, it takes months and the contractors do terrible work. They also just let themselves in your house with no notice. No lights in any bedrooms along with a poor hvac system. Don't waste your money here
