don’t live here… property management is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Due to management not properly maintaining trees, a tree snapped and scratched my car. PS. i pay $275/month to park there. Now, property manager won’t reply to my emails or calls. It’s been 4 weeks and she’s completely avoiding me and avoiding responsibility. The property is in general very poorly maintained. A few days after the tree snapped and fell, a lamp post snapped and fell, LOL. Someday they’re going to get into a very bad personal injury lawsuit…. so yeah. for your own safety and mental health, don’t live here. they don’t respect residents.

Took nearly a month and a half to get the lease signed at the front office as nobody seemed to know the status of our application. This should have been my first sign. Upon moving into a residence with other roommates I noticed that I didn't receive a key fab for the mail room upon move-in. Upon asking Simon (Property Manager) about getting one they stated that I should either track down the previous roommate or pay them $50 to replace a fab I didn't lose. On move-in day, I noticed the AC was ineffective on the 3rd floor. I notified the property manager and was told someone would be out to provide window units and assess the issue within a day or two: this did not occur. Instead, 3 days later I woke up with a nosebleed due to how dry the air was in my room, call the front desk and was to

Yheyda is terrible, always say I will call you back. Then nothing!! We spent 2-3 months by following up with 4 beds housing, we extended 1 month for our leading in order to move in to village. Yheyda requested us submit an application form online and we sent all the documents she needed. $500 rejected to return it back to us which is for the application fee( make no sense, wasted your time and hold your money with no clarity answer. Ended up like your fault not renting it). So 2 weeks ahead our lease ends, we decided to choose another location. We called office million times, yheyda not there or I will call you back later!! It’s like cheated for my $500 application fee and ended up not signing final lease with you. Whoever see this message, please return my application fee! It’s all Yheyda

The management just discriminated on me and my son for a handicap unit. I feel Simmon should be fired. My son had a complete heart transplant eight months ago. I submitted a copy of his Dr letter but basically it isn't good enough and he will not hold the unit until we get a letter with the Description of his opinion. Like really can we get time to submit the documents in full everyone deserves three to five business days, it a pandemic out here. The letter stated facts so his opinion should not matter. He actually said he understands all about heart transplants and still discriminated against me. Simmon isn't the one who has the final say. Usually it's up to the overseer above him I thought. Only told us Friday we need a reasonable accommodation letter which can take up to three busines
