I lived here for about 2.5 years and recently moved out. I loved this place. The location is amazing: right in the heart of Coolidge Corner and super convenient to get anywhere. What really makes this place stand out is the management team. The property manager (Bobby) is fantastic. He is responsible and always on top of things. Once, I had a water issue from the unit upstairs (not the building’s fault -- 100% upstairs fault). When I called the emergency line around 7 or 8 PM, the maintenance guy showed up quickly to help, although it was after hours. After that, Bobby took care of things and even helped communicate with insurance. Gabi, the other property manager, was also great. For example, when a nearby restaurant’s AC broke and caused noise, she reached out to them right away after I

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and a half. We moved in before the renovations began and were initially excited to hear the building would be refreshed. The location is excellent and the building itself is charming. We really appreciate the history and that some original features were preserved. Our unit is very sunny, spacious, and has great closet space. The shared spaces have also improved over time: the laundry area is much better now, the gym is nicer, the game room is a great addition, and the hallways and lobby are consistently clean. That being said once renovations began, living here became far more stressful than anticipated. For a building charging $4,500+ per month, we expected a luxury experience with minimal disruptions. Absolutely love living here. The recent renovations in the common areas as well as the apartment units are very nice- marking the apartments feel modern and clean. The best part is definitely the combo of relatively cheap rent for a luxury apartment in an amazing town. The team serving here is the cherry on top. Bobby in the leasing office is always thoughtful, accommodating and patient. He went above and beyond when helping me find the perfect unit for me that best suited my move in date, size, and price range. On arrival, Mark in maintenance was an instant helpful and warm presence. He is always available and very helpful.

The new Pelham renovations are gorgeous, and Gabi in the leasing office is so sweet and great at her job. I walked in without a tour appointment in hopes of seeing an available studio while visiting Boston to apartment hunt last minute, and Gabi brought me in to the office, got things going, and took us around with no hassle. It was a great and smooth experience!

Pelham is a wonderfully located apartment building in Brookline. Nice “older” apartments. We rented here twice in last 3 Summers, through Blueground. BG does a decent job on refreshing the apartments, at a much higher monthly rental. Still ok rates, but current stay of 6 weeks, it took them 10 days after move in to get the air cons in place. They were not installed before we arrived. And the weekend support is non existent and their follow up was also horrible. We are “promised” a partial refund but “after we check out”. Let’s see if they honor their word.
