Valerie M. was our previous property manager when we used Rise Realty on the property management side. Turns out Valerie was moonlighting the entire time she worked for our HOA, focusing on her real estate business. She was never responsive and now that we've switched to a new property management company, it took me sending a strongly-worded response for her to respond.
