I had to find a new apartment on very short notice due to a sudden change in plans, and I was lucky to come across Charles. He was incredibly quick to arrange apartment tours and guided me through the lease process smoothly. Thanks to his support, I was able to find a great apartment that fit my budget in a very short time! Charles was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Landlord has recently switched to a property manager that I find to be unprofessional. I've lived at my current leased place in Brighton for 5 years. Reno, imo, was not the most professional when dealing with long term tenants. I've never been late, never been an issue, recently helped them collect thousands by assisting tenants with pubic assistance, at the same time they did no form of communication regarding the 6 police reports filed at the building in a week span that occured last week. Our back stairs are literally falling off and we were also promised that each summer they'd come and treat our bathrooms for mold. It's black and continues to grow.
