Round Room Property Management & Real Estate

Just wanted to add to the positive feedback for Round Room. We are renting a house and have rented multiple places in the past. Finding a good management company in the Boston area has been spotty at best. These guys have been super responsive, always follow up, have basically resolved every maintenance request we've had. They are the main reason we decided to renew for another year. We don't generally post reviews, but felt it was important to recognize Round Room.

As a long time renter in Boston, I've never had as positive an experience with any land lord or management company as I have with Round Room. Tommy is very quick and easy to communicate with, both when we we're searching for properties, as well as 6 months into renting. They've been incredibly fast in responding to any issues or problems that arise in the apartment, and are great about following up to ensure appointments were kept and work was completed if any maintenance needs to be done.

My housing group was connected with Lauren Santilli from Round Room when we toured a newly renovated property under her purview. She became our point of contact handling the entire process through executing a lease between us and property management. We can't say enough about Lauren - she was responsive, transparent about considerations and next steps, and knowledgeable about the nuances to our situation. We recommend Lauren and the Round Room team!

After several weeks of frustration with other companies not returning calls and no responses from online apartment websites, we worked with Tommy Alexander from Round Room. Tommy was able to help my daughter and her college roommates find an apartment in a safe neighborhood all virtually during Covid. Tommy was easy to work with and always responded immediately when we had any questions. He made the stressful process of apartment hunting and renting go very smoothly! I highly recommend!
