I've rented one of their places for 3 months and it was a very pleasant experience. Michael was always very responsive and nicely replied to my questions and requests. Their online platform for making payments was very convenient, and also enables maintenance requests (although fortunately I've never needed to order maintenance/repairs during my stay).

I've been renting from Odessit for going on two years and have never had a problem with them. Michael has always been extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. You can tell the team here really cares about their properties.

I have never had a great experience with leasing offices or landlords but I will say, working with Michael and Stan has been amazing thus far. Michael is very responsive and always on top of getting stuff done. For example, my key broke one day and Michael was able to get me a copy of the key within the hour.

Great property managers. Responsive, professional, and timely. For example, my shower drain was clogged and they fixed it within 2 hours of being informed about it. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Boston.
