Villa Toscana Apartments

We recently moved into Villa Toscana community. We absolutely love it. Violet the property manager has been absolutely marvelous to work with. She has helped us with all questions and been very responsive and efficient in every aspect of the move. Also want to thank Harmony the on-site manager for her quick response when the outside sprinkler system was set off by a mover. To coordinate help so quickly and efficiently was truly impressive. They make living in this community a joy!

Villa Toscana Apartments has been my home for more than 19 years. Every time I needed something taken care of, it was always dealt with as soon as possible and to my satisfaction. The management and maintenance here have always been both professional and kind.

Unfortunately, like the other reviewers, they too took our application fees and never updated us on the status of our application. In fact, I had to call and inquire about it, we sent the documents to them, and then I called and called and called, receiving no response. In the time we’ve been waiting, we’ve been approved for another apartment and that process was very quick. I would NOT recommend renters choose Villa Toscana as they may never hear back from them on the status of their application. Wish we could be refunded our money at this point

Beware, they took my money too! They never reached out to me on my application status unless I called or emailed them and both times I asked about the status, they never called back with information as they said they would. Then just now (after visiting in person this morning) they said they cannot verify my income. That's unbelievable! I'm 54 years old, I own my own business, have business checking and clients for over 20 years, pay my taxes and have a 700+ credit score and bank locally with California Credit Union. I will remove this review only if they return my application fee.

My wife and I took a tour into the place and it looked really nice with spacious rooms in a clean area. We applied a couple of days later and our background checks came back just fine, but then we didn't hear anything back from the apartments for almost a week. We called, left voicemails, emailed the agent Harmoni, and sent text messages, but we never got a response back from a person. It's been about a month since we applied and we haven't heard anything back to this day. The only responses we got was from an automated virtual assistant called "Lisa", who just directed us to call the office. It felt very unprofessional and after reading a couple reviews, it seems that other people have gone through the same experience recently. I obviously do not recommend the place since it felt like we
