Uplift Property Management - Pepper Creek Apartments

I lived here for over two years and moved out in April 2025. When I first moved in, management was responsive, maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable timeframe, and the property felt safe and comfortable. A few months after moving in, a newly installed washing machine was not properly connected and flooded my bedroom, hallway, and bathroom during a cycle. Management responded quickly, which I appreciated, but it could have been avoided with more careful installation. There was also an issue that appeared to be possible termite activity. I reported it multiple times. Maintenance inspected it and took photos, but when management transitioned, the new property manager had no record of the issue. I had to report it again before moving out. The lack of follow-through and communicat

8 years living here. Rent since we've moved in has gone up over $800 in increases and the quality of living here has tanked. I've never seen a property have as many water shut offs as this place atleast twice a month for the last 2 years there is a water shut off notice sent out. Now today I come home and there is no hot water and nobody to call to address the issue. They put out a water shut off notice for today but no mention of not having hot water what so ever. Constant raids by police atleast once a month the parking lot is flooded with cop cars. Trash thrown allover the parking lot by the dumpsters. Constant homeless digging g thru the trash and sleeping behind the dumpster corals. There's been a full living rooms worth of furniture behind the dumpster for almost a month n

P3D LIVES HERE The worst place to live after this new property manager showed up and replaced our old one Laura. Lorraine is horrible at her job, we have people stealing packages and so much trash now we have homeless living in the dumpsters the water has been shut off so many times that I can’t even count anymore I’ve reported issues that haven’t gotten fixed and the balcony is not safe she pretends to care but will not fix anything yet answer the phone DO NOT LIVE HERE it’s not safe!

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional management here. Madam Laura, our manager, is always on top of things. Whenever I contact her about any issues in the unit I'm occupying, she responds quickly and helps me find a solution promptly. Her communication skills are excellent, and she deeply understands the importance of safety and security for all residents. During my first few months living here, I experienced firsthand her dedication and commitment. When I urgently needed a place to move into, Laura made the process seamless and efficient for both of us. Her hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. I’ve been living at Pepper Creek since August of 2023 and I couldn’t be happier here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet despite it being next to a freeway. There’s a bunch of food options near by as well, so the location is awesome! Laura, the property manager has been awesome since I moved in. She made sure my apartment was ready the day I moved in, her communication is GREAT! The complex is always clean including the Gym which is a nice amenity. Laura is prompt on replying to any concerns and sends emails to the Complex when information needs to be addressed as well . Overall I’m very pleased with my choice at Pepper Creek!
