The Arches Apartments

We where looking for a super home vibes and this was perfect time was super fast no complications Erick was very profesional. The process of moving in was fast maybe one week. The residencial apartnents are clean, accesible and quiet. Its our dream place to live. Very cosy place to live parking lot clean and laundry station close to us and clean. Over all great experience in love with our new home!!!!!! 🙏🏽☺️

For months now Erik has been making odd comments about my toddler and now he’s telling a group of parents to keep multiple toddlers away from his office because they were being “loud” and he’s doing reports. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my child on a stroll around the complex now knowing that Erik could come out of his office to start an argument with me over my toddler simply existing? He always boasts about how much he LOVES kids but that was obviously a coverup to disguise the fact that he actually despises them. It’s extremely odd behavior from the landlord of a complex home to many kids he needs a serious attitude check.

The overall experience thus far as a new resident had been extremely exceptional. From the first visit, we caught Erik on his lunch break. He stopped and gave us great customer service. He showed us around the property, which was very well kept. The entire community is like a hidden gem. Erik made the applying experience stress free. He was able to get the unit ready for move in before time. Which was a relief for us. His communication with us made a difference. We appreciate all that he has done for us during this moving transition. I'm looking forward to my stay here. As my son referred too" it's like living in a hotel here at the Arches"

These apartments are stunning, tranquil, and secure. Erik was our savior, making the moving process incredibly smooth and performing some remarkable feats to assist us in settling in here. He is the reason we now have a place to call our own. It would have been virtually impossible without his help. If you are looking for a place to call home, you cannot find a better option than the arches!
