Hugo Flores, the Maintenance Manager, is by far one of the most experienced and helpful professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. He treats every apartment with the utmost respect and professionalism. His work is always completed efficiently and to a high standard. Hugo is extremely knowledgeable and clearly understands what needs to be accomplished to get the job done right. His dedication and work ethic truly stand out. He absolutely deserves recognition, and I strongly believe he is worthy of a raise or promotion.

I had a great experience working with Carl at Forrest Park Apartments. He was professional, responsive, and easy to talk to from the start. He made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, and he stayed on top of everything the entire time. Carl explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure there were no surprises. You can tell he takes his job seriously and actually cares about helping people feel comfortable with their move. Carl was amazing during my visit. He even helped me with the application a process and the entire time he was so polite and made me feel at ease. He gave me a tour of the property and explained to me all the fees and what is included and what add on I can add to my lease. I'm so glad I went to tour this property because Carl made the experience so pleasant that I'm exciting to be moving here.

Hello staff, since we’ve lived here unfortunately we have been locked out 3 times and never once has Brandon or myself required a photo I D. . Than with the facts you personally Know who my son is dropping off monthly check s every month on time you even admitted these facts. Also but yet NO one would help him . Than I called from work finding a simple way to verify by what any other bank or corporation would have you varify Simply my my phone number and as well Brandon’s yet not one of you chosen to assist after varying on the computer all matching. I am taking this as you’re not happy with us as renters. So we are giving are to notice We are moving out. I will give you full facts and dates but I will assure you no more than needing of 2 months . Thank you … Teresa Young
