MTM Property Management & Real Estate

I thought MTM is very tentant carrying company. But I slowly realized they don't care much about tenant from my experience. I called the front desk lady to talk to the supervisor and never got a call back, called the agent supposed to work with me from the front desk lady never called me back, the supposed to come and put fire smoke detector in the house took them a months I had to call them, i called the front desk lady about having a technical issue with the website rather she help she argued and at the end said someone else can help you and will call you never did. Hopefully improves. Time forward, I appreciate for the reply and I did get a call back the next day. Thank you!

I rented a gorgeous home in lemon grove through MTM Property Management and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with them from the very start to finish. Very organized professional and extremely easy to work with. They made sure I got the place I was looking for CODY and his dad DAVE were great. This is my first time dealing with MTM and I’m VERY impressed! They have been so friendly in person and made me feel like I was a friend or family member when I was touring our potential new home. We are so excited to be a new tenant with MTM and after meeting Dave and Cody I know that we will be the perfect fit. I am also a homeowner so I know how stressful this whole rental process can be and Paula has been super supportive and so quick to respond.
