Pretty quiet community apartments; you get a great amount of space for a good price. You also get access to other programs and rewards like Amenify, that gives you credits every month and you can cash it out and get things on Amazon or get other services in the area. Would definitely recommend!

I have lived here since August of 2024 with my girlfriend. We have both really loved our time here. Siggy the maintenance man is absolutely amazing. He is very diligent about fixing the problems in our apartment as soon as possible, while also helping us to understand what he is doing so that we feel confident in the repairs being made. I have been very pleased with his work and just want to shout him out! Thanks, Siggy!

This is hands down the most disgusting apartment I have ever had the displeasure of living in. All the staff aside from Luis are absolutely awful. The property manager is a horrible woman and that hasn't changed since I moved in 7 years ago until I moved out a month ago. I wish I was capable of leaving sooner but I'm so grateful I was finally able to. If you want to feel disgusting from the time you leave the house until the time you exit the complex, then this is the place for you! The laundry unit is hardly ever serviceable not to mention how gross it normally is in there. I have never had a rat problem until I moved to this pest and rodent infested complex. My experience has been far from pleasant. The front desk lady, is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s as if she doesn’t want to assist residents at all. Communication is a nightmare here. Simple requests take ages to get a response, and when I do hear back, it’s often dismissive or unclear. I feel like I’m more of a nuisance than a valued tenant. To make matters worse, my apartment has a serious bug problem. I’ve seen several pests, and despite reporting it, the issue hasn’t been addressed effectively. It’s unacceptable to live in such conditions.Overall, I’m very disappointed with my choice to live here and would not recommend Villa Marina to anyone looking for a pleasant living experience. I currently live here and have for a year. In that year, there have been issues with theft, uncleanliness, and many issue with the management when it comes to fixing things and dealing with issues. we have currently been without dumpster for a week. At one point we had no hot water for 3 days. I have been denied pest control continuously for a month due to a 15 unit limit for biweekly pest control. there are over a hundred apartments here and they have a 15 unit limit. these are just a few issues among many. They advertise things that they don’t have. 3 pools and not one of them has been clean one open since I’ve lived here.
