Villa Del Coronado Apartments

The current management team is fabulous! Heather, Robert and Mike have been fabulous. Heather is so responsive, Robert helpful and Mike kind and social. This has been the best team we’ve had since I moved in a year and a half ago. For the first time we can go into the office to just say hi while also knowing our concerns will be followed up on with a quick turnaround to fixing the issue at hand. I could not ask for a better management team. Their respect and dedication does not go unnoticed. Truly the best!

Iesha is incredibly kind and welcoming. I genuinely thought she had been with the company for many years, so I was surprised to learn she’s only been here for 11 months. She made everything feel easy and even went out of her way to give my brother a swag bag for his new place. Needless to say, she’s absolutely awesome!

I had a great experience at Villa Del Coronado with Iesha! From the! apartment tour to the move in. Communication was great. She kept me up to date. Great job making me feel welcomed!

Just wanted to compliment Heather! She is the only manager I have had within the last three years who actually follows up on things! Thank you for your efforts in making these apartments livable again!

What a shame this place even exists. Neighbors have fighting dogs, trash is all over this place, deliveries and mail is being stolen. Weed and cigarette smell all over. Management NEVER replies and will literally tell people to reach out to them to talk about concerns but won't reply? Heat has literally been cut EVERY night, what a coincidence when people are asleep, it's most convienent to safe a penny at the costs of freezing people? Front doors aren't locked, homeless people get into laundry rooms, laundry costs have been increased without notice, charges higher and higher water fees even though their buildings have issues with pipes, so we pay for their broken pipes? Seriously, no respect towards people that need affordable living, atleast making sure they get their full pay for a not-
